What types of services does your company provide?

Digital4Ever offers its clients photo scanning and digital photo organizing services, as well as media backup. We also provide our clients with reflections videos, appropriate for weddings, funerals, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, and graduations. Our personalized photo books and other products including mugs, calendars, mouse pads, and more, offer unique and creative ways to showcase our clients’ memories. We also bring your older media into the 21st century, by scanning slides and performing video transfer of home movies on VHS, Hi8, Mini-DV, BETA, and 8MM and 16MM film reels.

Who will be working with me on my project and providing me with customer service?

Our clients have the opportunity to work one on one with a dedicated media manager assigned to their specific project. Digital4Ever’s media managers are certified by the Association of Personal Photo Organizers (APPO) and trained in the industry’s best practices, allowing them to provide clients with cutting-edge services.

Is there an initial consultation?

Our clients are provided with an initial consultation in order to assess their needs and provide them with a variety of options.

What is your pricing plan for your services?

Included with our free consultation and assessment is a detailed overview of the scope of the work involved in each project, as well as a price estimate. Our clients are made aware of all associated costs a deposit is made and project work begins.

Do you need access to my personal devices or my photo storage accounts?

Some of our services require access to our clients’ personal devices, and the privacy and security of our clients are top priorities for our team.

Will we Meet in person, or can you  provide your services over the phone or via email?
